This guy isn't going to let a little traffic jam slow him down.
Notice around 1:52, he emerges from the woods, far ahead of where he started in the traffic, and keeps going.

The number plates are 163, Samara Oblast (Самарская область) near the Kazakhstan border. I don't know whether this is normal there, but I do know a guy who drives like that here in Australia.

If I paid the equivalent of $24 for a car, I'd drive like that too.

Hahaha... as much as these guys annoy me to no end, I admit I cheered when I saw he made it out of the forest. Thats getting your moneys worth.
