Tottenham Riots Escalate and Spread to Other Areas of London

Riots that began Saturday in Tottenham have spread to several other areas in the city of London including Croydon, Clapham and Hackney.

Acting commissioner Tom Goodwin urges the citizens to help clear the streets for police forces. Prime minister David Cameron has made the decision to return early from his vacation to deal with the quickly escalating crisis.
