The Twilight Zone: 'An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge'

Based on the short story of the same name by Ambrose Bierce (first published in 1891), it was originally a short film made by Robert Enrico before it was aired on 'The Twilight Zone.' It won both first prize for Best Short Subject at the 1962 Cannes Film Festival and the 1963 Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film. Some of you may have read the story in high school or college. I read it in high school. A classic American story.
