LiveLeak: The Ducktators was banned after WW II because propaganda was no longer needed.

Hitler, Mussolini and Hirohito are all caricatured as ducks in this wild animated concoction directed by Norman McCabe. The Hitler duck emerges when the first bad egg is hatched, and pandemonium ensues as the three ductators become embroiled with the Dove of Peace. While not a Daffy Duck cartoon, Daffy does put in a brief cameo appearance. The Ductators was featured in the original Matinee at the Bijou PBS series.
