A song by The Beat (The English Beat) from their 1980 album I Just Can't Stop It, which was the first digitally-recorded single released in the UK. According to lead singer Dave Wakeling, the lyrics are about cocaine addiction and all of the associated feelings (self-involvement, paranoia, etc.)
