I would like to see one of those things dropped from the 92nd floor and land on a bunch of parked cars or something. That would be pretty cool.

Anyways that's a pretty cool idea. I've been up in some pretty high buildings and those things sway which is very, very disturbing.

I believe theirs is the largest counterweight in the world.

I've actually never heard of it being for quakes, just for the sway from the powerful winds so high up in the air.

Neat stuff.
