TSB Canada Analysis of Lac-Mégantic Train Disaster

From YT: "On 6 July 2013, a unit train carrying petroleum crude oil operated by Montreal, Maine & Atlantic Railway (MMA) derailed numerous cars in Lac-Mégantic, Quebec, and a fire and explosions ensued."

The downtown of Lac-Mégantic was destroyed, and 47 people were dead or missing. As of 2014, it's the 4th deadliest rail disaster in Canadian history.
