TRN - Current FISA laws, impeachment, Pelosi's corruption

The main reason for this sift in my mind is to better explain what the current FISA laws allow and have for the last 20 years. BTW, only 4 of the ~20,000 warrants have been denied.

1. Able to spy on foreigners on foreign soil without restriction.
2. Allow 15 days "free-for-all" after beginning of war (domestic and foreign.)
3. Allow starting of domestic wiretapping 72 hours before obtaining a warrant. (There is support to extend this up to 10 days.)

Domestic not quite right for how the law is written. I believe it could better have phrased it, “involves an American citizen.”
