"After filing paperwork for a media exemption for his SuperPAC, Stephen Colbert addresses the crowd assembled on the sidewalk in front of the Federal Election Commission building in Washington, DC.

Stephen turned 47 years old on Friday, so the crowd sang 'Happy Birthday' as he walked outside."
