Love StarTours.
antsays...Funny, I haven't rode on it nor maybe I don't remember it.
blankfistsays...Great Sift. I think I remember the Inner Space ride at Disney World from when I was a wee lad.
The entrance into Star Tours in Disney World (with the big AT-AT) was breathtaking the first time I went into it back in 91! I still have pictures of me and Chewbaca. I loved it.
Just recently I got to ride the one at Disneyland, and the entrance is just a boring passage in the side of a building, and Admiral Ackbar's animatronic neck was wrenching in a weird way that almost look liked it was breaking off while turning.
BreaksTheEarthsays...I have so many memories of this ride, but I still have some recollection of Inner Space. I even briefly worked at the store you get let out into back when I had little self-respect and too much free time.
Working at Disneyland is a different experience entirely. Never again will I mix fantasy with crushing reality.
Shepppardsays...hahaha, "Would the owner of a red and black landspeeder, vehicle I.D. THX-1138.."
Even on the damn ride, lucas snuck in a THX reference.
Shepppardsays...Ahh, I loved this ride, only ever went on it at MGM, but this is a *Quality find.
siftbotsays...Boosting this quality contribution up in the Hot Listing - declared quality by Shepppard.
Draxsays...IT'S A TRAP!
