"Sit and Be Fit" was an exercise program located in Spokane, WA that featured Mary Anne Wilson, a registered nurse, who encouraged elderly people to exercise at home.
I know so many of my friends while in college who used to get stoned and watch this. I would imagine that this would truly enhance the "Sit and Be Fit" experience.
