An example of the obscene ammount of drugs that Sid and Marty Kroft must have consumed in the 70s. Somewhere, someone felt that what kids in the 70s really needed, was a show where people in foam rubber bags with tentacles chased kids around the beach. Oh, and one of them is tiny (Billy Barty) and befriends the kids. Amazingly, it got at least 2 seasons, as Rip Taylor (in green tights) joined the cast in season 2.
