Shrine Circus Motorcycle Stunt Accident

A freestyle motorcross athlete is recovering in a Saginaw hospital after a near deadly accident during the Shrine Circus at the Dow Event Center in Saginaw. 20-year old Josh Headford was performing a stunt when he hit a cable while in mid air. He fell nearly 25 feet to the ground. Josh's stepfather Scott Murray said he broke his shoulder, leg, elbow and wrist. Murray also said Josh had surgery on his shoulder Monday and will need one more on his elbow.

"Josh is okay. He's in good spirits given the the circumstances," said Murray.
