The video also delves into mandatory expectations of stop-and-frisk from the highest ranks of the NYPD. Officers not conducting a perceived acceptable amount of these stops are threatened with disciplinary action. Police officers are also interviewed and admit to forcing a reaction during these unlawful stops to give them the legal grounds to "do whatever they want to you".
