Secret Recording of NYPD Stop-and-Frisk

A 17 year old teen, after being subjected to stop-and-frisk multiple times, recorded one such stop. "I'm going to break your fucking arm" one police officer proudly proclaims. Keep in mind, this is a 17 year old kid, walking down the street we're talking about.

The video also delves into mandatory expectations of stop-and-frisk from the highest ranks of the NYPD. Officers not conducting a perceived acceptable amount of these stops are threatened with disciplinary action. Police officers are also interviewed and admit to forcing a reaction during these unlawful stops to give them the legal grounds to "do whatever they want to you".

Disgusting if you ask me.
