From a description online: The movie is called “Goodbye Uncle Tom” and I believe it is on Google Video to watch for free. I have a copy of the DVD from Amazon.com and the move is pretty provocative, even for my standards….

This movie about slavery in America had worldwide acclaim but was banned in the USA because Hollywood feared Blacks would riot in the theatres if they showed it on the big screen. This is a true story.

In fact, this movie was what made Hollywood quickly make “Roots” to hopefully subdue “Goodbye Uncle Tom”.

It is a cult classic and worth looking at but again, this movie is pretty provocative and shocking for American standards…
