In this video, taken from a citizen’s camera in San Diego, an unnamed officer is shown harassing an individual for playing acoustic music. In the video, the citizen has in his possession a copy of the local civic codes and is attempting to establish what laws that he is allegedly breaking, but is unable to do so. When the citizen asks for clarification of his rights and the applicable rights, he is told by the officer; “I can tell you, but I won’t.” and later the officers says; “ I know the law, but not the exact numbers…” and then implies that it is the citizens job to “look it up”.
