Russian tug rescues broken down aircraft carrier in storm

This event actually happened in February 2012, but was kept quiet until recently when this video of the tow emerged. This is Russia's only aircraft carrier the Admiral Kuznetsov being towed by the monster tug Nikolay Chiker.

The description below says it happened during a training exercise in the Bay of Biscay.
