What makes it worse, is that OMON (the guys in the grey camouflage outfits with the retarded black motorcycle helmets) are modern Russian Spetznaz, i.e. they're supposed to be the Russian equivalent of SWAT, in terms of qualification and bad-assness only below Armed Forces and Russian KGB "superspies" and the like.
