Romney "Who Let the Dogs Out" on MLK day! Who Who

He is in Florida on MLK day and says:

"Who let the dogs out...who who" as a form of saying cheese while surrounded by African American youth.

He also says "What's happening?" and points to a baby with a little necklace referring to it as his "Bling Bling".
