Robocalls--Largest Election Fraud in Canadian History--RMR

Rick's Rant about the thousands of calls Canadians received intended to confuse or discourage voters from showing up to the polls in the last few elections. Thus equating to what could be the largest election fraud in Canadian History. From 2012/02/28

The current Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, was elected with just 39 percent of the vote. The last few elections were among the lowest turnout in the nation's history.
