This looks like it's going to run into the hundreds of dollars.

That's the LiveLeak equivalent of youtube's black error screen "there was an error during playback". It means the video stream was interrupted by an error. Some days I get both rather often

If you play it again you should be able to skip up to near the part it stopped and watch the rest.

But just in case, I'll add a backup. Fortunately he has posted the same vid to his youtube channel:
