A cheap public bicycle system was introduced to Paris on 15 July 2007. While initially a big success, currently over half (15,000) of the bicycles have either been stolen or vandalized to the point of uselessness. Some have even turned up in Africa.

Here are a group of young punks trashing these bikes for their 'art'.
