R. Stevie Moore is described as a pioneer of DIY music, creating his albums at his home studio and releasing them on tapes and such. This is an amazing ditty that reminds me a bit of Van Dyke Parks another pseudo outsider that worked on one of the most crucial rock gems Smile by the Beach Boys.
