Qatar 2022 World Cup decision puts Blatter in a bind.

"The decision to award Qatar the 2022 World Cup was in focus again this week when FIFA President Sepp Blatter suggested gay fans "refrain from homosexual activity" during the tournament. Homosexual activity is illegal in Qatar. The summer weather, the threat of terrorism and the fact that drinking alcohol is restricted could also put off football fans thinking of traveling to the tiny Gulf state."
