Pontypool -- Trailer

Pontypool turns the zombie movie genre on it's head. Set in a radio station in a small rural Canadian town, shock jock Grant Mazzy (McHattie) starts his morning show with the usual boring school closure announcements but then starts gets reports of extreme, bloody incidents of violence in riots occurring in town.

As the story unfolds, the radio staff, who are later joined by local doctor Mendez, observe the zombie-like behaviour of the rioters and soon realize their attraction to speech. They eventually realize that there is a viral hypnosis being spread through certain words in the English language.
