Police Tear Man’s Leg Off His Body For Contempt Of Cop

A man in Texas had his leg torn off his body by officers in Zapata Texas when he was arrested on his own property on false resisting charges (with no original reason for an arrest) for nothing more than stating he lived at the house he was at.
The department then had to be sued to get what should be publicly available information like the body cam footage which showed the police lied about the entire encounter to cover up their horrific violent abuses that left him without a leg clinging to life and with $500000 in hospital bills.
