Police Taser Double Amputee because he had a "Big Mouth".

Greg Williams, a double-amputee, was having his daughter apprehended by Child Protective Services. Police apparently tased him twice, he fell out of his wheelchair onto the ground. During the incident Williams' pants came down- police left him lying FULLY EXPOSED in a public place for more than 10 minutes. All charges against Williams have subsequently been dropped.
