Plane crashes near freeway

You can see the man that was thrown from the plane at the 13 second mark on the right side of the frame. It looks like a dark blur then you can see his red clothing as he tumbles along. Pause the video and use the arrow keys to go frame by frame.

So if this video were shown exactly as it is as part of a news report it wouldn't be snuff?

The presence of human fatality is acceptable and not considered "snuff" if presented as a limited portion of a lengthy educational, informative news report or documentary. Our definition of "snuff" does include but is not exclusive to any short clip in which a human fatality occurs whether or not any victims are actually visible on camera.

Sorry, @eric3579.

Clear-cut case of snuff.

How many times do we have to have this debate?

Search for any of the countless discussions we've had over the years for further clarification on this subject.

All I'll note here is that you reinterpreted the FAQ to simply read "part of a news report," but the original text (which has since been adjusted) read "presented as a limited portion of a lengthy educational, informative news report."

(FYI, that clause was originally added because the community decided to allow a long news report about unjust stonings in the Middle East that included some video of a stoning, but only incidentally and as part of a much broader narrative.)
