At around 26 minutes into the video, theres a bit about the first amphibians, and up until a couple of years ago, they were missing the link between fish and amphibians, The discovery of the Tiktaalik Rosea changed that, and I highly recommend Neil Shubins book "Your Inner Fish" that tells that story, among other things.
