Night of the Living Dead - Trailer

While a college student, George Romero filmed this cult horror classic in 1967 for a whopping $114,000. It was shot on 35mm black and white film to save money and the blood was Bosco Chocolate Syrup.

You'd think the movie would seem campy and outdated by now, but it still scares the crap out of me; especially that first scene in the graveyard.

There's still something to be said for tone and simple imagery, I guess.
