Looking at her performance here and in the movie, I am torn between two feelings:

1) Hoping that one day I'll have a daughter who's as beautiful and talented as Natalie Portman

2) Hoping I never, ever have a daughter who's as beautiful and talented as Natalie Portman

I mean, just imagine the vigilance (and arsenal?) it would take to keep the testosterone filled teenage boys at bay.

Interesting to hear some of the original dialogue that never made it into the final version. Seems they made some good cuts as some of the lines seemed a bit forced. But what a great movie with an amazingly grounded/mature actress!

This was such a great movie, and after seeing it for the first time I could tell right away that Natalie Portman was destined for greatness. (I'll even forgive her for her 'Star Wars' performances - George Lucas embarrassed EVERY actor in those films.)
