NMA: Japan sends 'Sushi Police' to fight bad sushi.

"Japan's sushi industry is to launch a campaign this month aimed at protecting the reputation of sushi, citing concerns that the national dish may develop a reputation as a dangerous food. A group of experts plans to hold its first seminar in Singapore, followed later in the year by meetings in London, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Critics see this and other previous certification attempts as bids by Japan to establish itself as the world's 'sushi police.'"
