Mouflon (Wild Sheep) Rescued By Passing Joggers

Krystof Wlodarczyk was out for his morning jog with his son, trotting through the woods near Konin, Poland, When he encountered a poor Mouflon, with his horns entangled in a tree.
Wlodarczyk didn't think twice before leaping into action. he released the panicked animal. Runner released panicked animal. - I was not afraid, I've seen it often has in the forest - he says.

The Mouflon is an ancestor of domestic sheep and also the smallest representative of wild sheep, which is distinguished by large twisted horns.

I see them often said Wlodarczyk, but always from a far. this is the first time i get encounter one at such a short distance. the poor thing was desperately trying to break free. it wasn't easy bot i was glad i could get it out of there.

Wlodarczyk admits he had no particular fear of panicked mouflon. - I live nearby, so you could say that this is my neighbor.

He added that even though you can not see it on film, after it was released after a few meters, the animal stood and turned to face him - "He stopped on a hill, and we measured for a few seconds, amazing. I think it was its way of saying "thank you" - says the hero.
