Former boxing great Mike Tyson has broken down over his daughter's death in an emotional interview with Oprah Winfrey.

Tyson's daughter Exodus died in hospital a day after choking on a treadmill cord at her mother's home in Phoenix last May.

The 43-year-old former heavyweight champion told Winfrey of his struggle to come to terms with the tragic death and how he didn't want to know the exact details surrounding the incident.
