Memory - animation by Osamu Tezuka (1964)

Tezuka Osamu is the Japanese animator who created Astro Boy. This short film does not look like anime, using photographs and cut-outs as well as hand-drawn animation. It's an insightful look at the psychology of memory in the life of an individual and a culture.
