Marlene Dietrich - Dishonored Final Scene

Marlene Dietrich faces the firing squad in von Sternberg's 1931 spy drama, Dishonored. Dietrich's character, loosely based on Mata Hari, having successfully spied on the Russians returns to Austria. The Austrian's are then able to capture the Russians. Among them Colonel Kranau, one of the main people she spied upon and had an affair with and whom she lets escape. Court-martialed and convicted of treason, she faces the firing squad. As her last request she wears the clothes that wore when she served her people, and is allowed to play the piano one last time.
