A tribute to the career of Mario Lemiuex, one of the greatest playes in the sport of hockey. Mario Lemieux was destined for greatness from the first time he stepped foot on an NHL rink. His first ever goal in the NHL came on the first shot of his first shift in his first game, a feat that will likely never be duplicated.

These are clips from 1984 to the year he retired 1997. He came back in 2000-2001 to lead his team to the Easern Confrence finals. He oficcially retired at age 40 last season.

The music is just great in this clip. Lyrics set to the tune of Don MacLean's American Pie. "bye bye French Canadian guy" is the chorus.
