Maps of Meaning Intro: There's No Such Thing as a Dragon

I love this lecture and reference it often in my consulting as to the psychological resonance of stories and myths. Peterson's lecture strikes a deep chord as to the impact of story, and story-telling, on the meaning-making mechanisms that we, as humans, must derive in order to live our lives.

"If you bring forth what is inside you,
what you bring forth will save you.
If you do not bring forth what is inside you,
what you do not bring forth will kill you."

From Google video: "This one hour video was broadcast on TV Ontario in 2002, as part of the University of Toronto's Continuing Education Program. It is a Jordan Peterson's lecture about a children's book, There's no Such Thing as a Dragon, by Jack Kent. The book, which is written for very young children, has a very deep mythological theme, which this lecture describes."
