'Last House on the Left' - Wes Craven's 1972 Masterpiece!

TO AVOID FAINTING KEEP REPEATING TO YOURSELF, IT'S ONLY A MOVIE...ONLY A MOVIE...ONLY A MOVIE...ONLY A MOVIE... When I first saw this it disturbed the hell out of me. Craven is one of the few directors who can do that - really get under your skin! Wes Craven's infamous cinema debut was banned for many years in Britain due to it's horrific scenes of sadism and violence.

"Two teenage girls head to a concert for a birthday celebration that is brutally interrupted when they are kidnapped, raped, and murdered by three sadistic escaped convicts. However, the killers stumble into the home of one of the girls, and the parents take the opportunity to gain violent revenge for their daughter's deaths. Making a virtue of the small budget, Craven creates a shocking and realistic spectacle that gains impact through deployment of handheld cameras and the absence of effects."
