Sorry, but this is not khaleeji ("from the Gulf")! This is very stylized, pop-version of raks al-asaya, which is originally a folk dance from upper Egypt. The Gulf (khaleeji) dances are very different than this.
Also the tags are not correct, there is no "hair dance" (which would be a Gulf thing) and no swords in this video. It's a cane dance.
