In the new E! show Bridalplasty, brides-to-be compete in wedding-themed challenges to win the plastic surgery of their choosing. Winning contestants are apparently given the procedure immediately so the whole world can feast their eyes on these self-conscience trainwrecks. Joy! Here’s a quick clip promoting this mind-blowing show.

I’m seriously in shock. What could be next after this? My guess is a real version The Running Man.
