This will make some feel really old because it was in 1958.

At the age of 14, Page appeared on Huw Wheldon's All Your Own talent quest programme in a skiffle band, a popular English music genre of the time. Page said in an interview with Guitar Player magazine, "There was a lot of busking in the early days, but as I say, I had to come to grips with it, and it was a good schooling."
