James Traficant, Wackiest Congressman Ever

Some of the antics of James Traficant, former Congressman from Ohio who made some of the most ridiculous comments in the history of United States politics. He is famous for his catch phrase "Beam me up," his hideous toupee, and his obsession with crotches. He was expelled in 2002 for various criminal activities and will be released from jail in 2009.
