Is this the most disturbing anti smoking ad you've seen?

My wife can no longer watch this ad, there have been a number of complaints. BUT it is amazingly effective at getting across the message. What do you think?

Personally? It really gets to me also, but I would hope so, as I would hope it would affect a smoker enough to make them stop.
