This isn't the greatest "how to" video because they don't explain why it works, but it's fairly simple: You're using the draining water from a 2 liter bottle to create a vacuum, thus drawing smoke through the socket and into the bottle. Once the water is completely drained you suck the smoke in from the top of the bottle. It cools the smoke a little bit too, thus making it a little easier on your lungs, because marijuana burns fairly hot. Or so I'm told.
