This guy is a moron. This is the most pathetic attempt at a getaway I have ever seen. Trying to outrun a helicopter on wide open terrain, in a golf cart, WTF. His best bet at escaping would have been through a forest or a sewer where the helicopter can't see him.

I bet his charges included, violation of golf course dress code, not obeying cart-path only, not raking the bunkers after driving thru them, and not repairing divots. If the guy had any sense at all, he would have declared an unplayable lie, took his 1 stroke penalty and called it a day.
