This is an old fashion fishing method. The fishman uses huge fire light to attract paticular fish called "Chin Lin".

Currently, there are only 4 fish boats keep this kind of old fashion fishing method in northern Taiwan coast. And this fishing method can be performed only in Summer night occasionally. It becomes a local characteristics in Taiwan, not every where or every fish boat can do it. It is an exhibition nowadays.

In the video, the performing fish boat is expelled by coast guard because it ran into regular route by accident.
