Finnish Armed Forces - A Tribute

I do not know who made this video, or any specifics. But since it is about something Finnish, I am proudly posting it! :)

Some background info from a YouTube video containing some of this material:

Finnish defence forces (FDF) consist of 350 000 men and women. Their tasks are "territorial surveillance, safeguarding territorial integrity and defending national sovereignty in all situations". The FDF is based on a system of military service due to Finland's geographical location and it's relatively small population.

Finnish defence forces consists of air force, navy and ground forces (army). The air force operates 62 F-18 C/D Hornets and nearly 100 other aircrafts used for training, intelligence and carriage of soldiers and equipment. The navy operates 8 missile boats, 3 mine layers and some other smaller ships used for multiple purposes. The army operates 300+ tanks, 20 NH90 helicopters and vast number of other heavy and light equipment and weapons.

There are also a small amount of professional soldiers in the FDF, many of which train conscripts and/or participate in operations abroad. FDF has also a few special forces units, which operate in demanding and dangerous operations during war. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UaTVzkdXOkw)
