Find Your Own Exoplanet!

In this edition of "Space Fan News", Ted Darnell talks about a website, planethunters.org where you can analyze the Kepler data yourself, and possibly be the first to identify an exoplanet around a particular star. He also describes the Kepler science team's most recent annoucement of over 1200 (!) new candidate stars with possible orbiting planets. Ted expains that although the data must be analyzed further, so far, about 80-90% of candidate have been shown to have planets.
