Sometimes it is important to get angry, sad and revolted all over again; when religious beliefs push parents to torture and mutilate their children (namely Islam and Judaism), and our governments do nothing about it, there is something terribly wrong with our society.

Worse, several supposedly "civilised" countries are considering legalisng certain forms of genital mutilation (btw, why is male circumcision so widely tolerated?):
